Fun And Flow Vinyasa

Looking for a creative, playful yoga class to get energized? This is an upbeat, smooth flowing practice that includes plenty of stretching and some strengthening and balance poses. Whilst the class is geared towards a moderate level, there are alignment cues and modifications, so you're welcome to make the class as gentle or challenging as you like. We end the class in a luxurious savasana and sometimes a guided meditation to keep the good vibes going. Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.

Winter Solstice Celebration (Thu 21 Dec 2017)

The winter solstice, the rebirth of the Sun, is an important turning point, as it marks the shortest day, when the hours of daylight are at their least. We'll celebrate with meditation, reflection and ritual to prepare for the festive season and for the coming year.

This is a time to reflect on the year and prepare our resolutions, so that we have the best chance of success with any changes we want to make. Wear red!

Opening to Joy and Compassion: Weekend Sangha Retreat exploring the Brahmaviharas

The four Brahmaviharas are Metta (Loving Kindness), Karuna (Compassion), Mudita (Gladness/sympathetic Joy) and Uppekkha (Equanimity). They are also known as the Sublime Abodes or the Illimitables.

We will explore these sublime qualities through meditation, reflection, talks and ritual.

The retreat will be held at Vajrasana, a beautiful purpose built retreat centre in Suffolk.
