MBCT (Mindfulness for Healthy Living) Thursday evenings starts 25 Jan 2018
Nine Thursday evenings, including orientation session, plus a practice day, with Lokadhi Lloyd, MA, PGDip (Mindfulness), PGDip (Psychosynthesis), BACP. The course follows the NICE-approved MBCT model and is held in a warm, relaxed setting that combines structure, informality and the highest professional standards.
For anyone wishing to enhance the quality of their life through deepening awareness of unhelpful patterns of body and mind. Develop skills to manage the ups and downs of everyday life as well as anxiety, depression, addictive behaviours, stress, chronic illness and pain. Suitable for those who are susceptible to depression but who are not actively depressed.
