Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga

An inspiring and softly flowing yoga that mindfully integrates hatha postures with the breath. The class focuses on lengthening, strengthening and stretching to relax the body and balance the mind. Drawing on the precision of Iyengar, energy of Asthanga and the creativity of Shiva Rea's Prana Flow, each session will combine elements of these yogic practices to develop strength, flexibility and stamina. Designed for all levels of experience, we'll finish with a luxurious period of shavasana (corpse pose) to form a deeply restful conclusion to the day.
