Xmas and New Year Opening
The centre will be closed Sat 22 Dec to Tues 1 Jan inclusive
There will be no meditation, yoga or other bodywork classes between 22 Dec and 1 Jan. Yoga classes resume on Wed 2 Jan except for the 8.15pm Wed class which resumes on 16 Jan.
The Office Team have a quiet work time in the morning. However, for trade and services, urgent enquiries, classes and Bodymind clients we are normally open from 10 am Monday - Friday.
