Many people find that consistency of teacher and group is a supportive way to learn both of the practices we teach, the Metta Bhavana (the development of loving kindness) and the Mindfulness of Breathing. Our meditation teachers’ approach is informal and friendly. There is plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.

Two six week courses exploring strategies for taking our meditation pracice further. Suitable for anyone who has already learned the two basic practices and wants to go deeper.
If you cannot make the whole course it is also fine to drop in for individual evenings.

Explore how Buddhist principles and meditation offer a means to self-awareness, change and spiritual insight relevant within our everyday lives. These courses include full meditation instruction and support to extablish a meditation practice at home.
You’re welcome to either book in advance to confirm your place or to turn up on the first evening and decide during the evening whether to continue with the remaining weeks of the course.
Each week includes sessions of meditation with movement and walking as well as exploration of the theme.
