I have been working with Complementary Therapies since 1998. I am a Graduate of the British School of Shiatsu-Do, where I underwent 3 years of training, as well as undertaking further studies in Thai Yoga Massage. I also hold a Certificate in Barefoot Shiatsu, which is a more vigorous form of shiatsu - especially beneficial for chronic pain and tension, and is a very invigorating treatment. I like to incorporate techniques from various disciplines into my treatments, including Thai massage, Craniosacral techniques and Indian Head Massage.
