Holistic and Deep Tissue Massage with Siobhan Allen

Siobhan has been exploring the mind - body connection for more than ten years.

Starting with her own process in transpersonal psychotherapy, dance and movement she became aware of the healing effects of touch and therapeutic presence. Having qualified in Cranio - Sacral Therapy, Massage and Authentic Movement, her passion for facilitating the expression of the spirit within the body continues.

Deep - tissue Massage

This form of massage works in the belief that your body is a self healing organism. It aims to facilitate a deep state of relaxation, by using gentle and firm strokes, muscle and soft tissue are invited to soften and release any restrictive holding.

Through creating an atmosphere of safety and stillness your body's own healing ability is accessed.

Integrated Bodywork

Is a very gentle, hands on, whole body therapy, using techniques from Cranio - Sacral therapy. Working at an energetic, physical & emotional level, it invites our whole being into a deeper understanding of ourselves.

Siobhan also offers a Low-cost Cranio-sacral therapy clinic on Fridays at The North London Buddhist centre - Fridays 10 - 4.30pm. Treatments last 45mins and there is a sliding scale according to income.
