Nonviolent Communication (NVC) helps us deepen connection by cultivating empathic understanding of others and practicing honest self-expression without blame or criticism.

In this practically focused five-session course, we will focus on real-life situations, empowering your communication and strengthening your capacity to choose more compassionate and creative responses - especially in moments of challenge or tension.

Each week we will explore and practice together to:

  •  Build confidence in expressing yourself clearly and kindly

  •  Strengthen listening and empathy skills

  •  Understand what drives reactivity - yours and others'

  •  Bring more curiosity, care, and choice into difficult conversations

  •  Integrate NVC step by step into daily life

Prior experience of one of our Non-Violent Communication Day Workshops is essential.
