We offer a range of courses which use the popular MBCT approach or Breathworks Mindfulness for Health.
Intensive and effective eight week courses including daily home practice using CDs, workbook and journals and an all day practice.

This is an eight week course offering self-management mindfulness-based strategies for those living with persistent pain or ill health and the stress that arises as a result of these. It provides a tool kit of resources that can be applied to daily life.
£175/135/90 (includes course materials) and practice day.
£30 discount if you are repeating the course.
