Wuji, Centre and Ground
Elemental Qi Gong Day

with Richard Thomas and Tom Watson
Sun 19 May 10am – 4pm £40/28. Booking required.
Wuji, the concept and the stance, is fundamental to qigong practice. It is connected with ideas of “the centre” and “grounding”, but what do these terms really mean, and how do we access a felt sense of them? In this workshop we will explore: feeling and working from the body’s centre, stillness and motion, body structures and qi flow, and how to relax. The material covered makes this workshop an ideal introduction to qigong, but it is also recommended for those with previous experience.
