Developing more positive relationships

Communication is the cornerstone of all our relationships with friends, family, partners, colleagues. The way we communicate can have a profound impact on the quality of those relationships particularly when there are difficulties and differing points of view. Nonviolent communication principles provide a framework for developing deeper, more meaningful connections with others by promoting empathy, understanding, and mutual respect.

This is a day of practical exploration and exercises aimed at helping us build our capacity to bring more peace and harmony into our relationships.
