The focus in this class is on sequences of postures and movements. These  include more general forms such as the popular Tai Chi Qi Gong Shibashi,  but also sequences relating to the development and health of particular aspects and parts of the body. It is not necessary to memorise the  movements. 
Through the regulation of body, breath and mind, Qi Gong practice  promotes harmony of the The Three Treasures (Essence, Vitality and  Spirit) and so cultivates a deep sense of calm connectedness.
