Booking Policy | Terms & Conditions North London Yoga & Therapy Space 

  • Full payment is required for all bookings.

  • We do not offer refunds

  • Transfers: 

    • For weekly Yoga Studio classes, we can only transfer a booking to another class if you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. 

    • For workshops, courses, and events: we require a minimum notice of 2 weeks to transfer a booking

    • We will only transfer a booking once.

  • Cancellation by the Centre

    • We endeavour to run all the events we advertise. However, if in exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel an event we will offer you a full refund.

  • Concessions: We offer a concessionary rate for some of our activities - see individual class description of cost for availability of any concession.

  • Concession rate eligibility for classes/workshops, where there is a concession rate, is as follows:

    • Those in receipt of a universal benefit (such as Universal Credit, Disability Living Allowance or PIP),

    • Those whose sole income is a State Pension,

    • Full-time students
