We will look in more detail at the wheel of life and try to understand how it relates to us at the present time and how it gives us ideas about obstacles in our lives and how we can overcome them. Day Retreat: Opening to what is
Explore approaches to ‘Just Sitting’ meditation and insight inquiry, opening to direct experience and exploring our essential nature.

Gong Bath
Immerse yourself in sound. Sound baths are a form of sound healing meditation, where participants relax and absorb the vibrations of instruments like singing bowls.
