Sangha Work Day: Generosity in Action

Mon 4 May | 10am - 3pm

Join us for a day of "generosity in action" as we come together to give the centre some well-deserved TLC.

An energetic and satisfying way to spend the Bank Holiday Monday, we’ll be beautifying the space, embarking on a spring clean and putting together some flat-pack furniture. It’s a wonderful opportunity to take our practice off the cushion and into our hands.

Schedule for the day :

9.45am Doors Open

10.00 - 11.45am Work period

11.30 - 11.45am Tea break

11.45am - 12.50pm Work period

1-2pm Meditation class

2-3pm Lunch provided by the centre team and clear up
