Sangha Work Day: Generosity in Action

Mon 4 May | 10am - 3pm

Join us for a day of "generosity in action" as we come together to give the centre some well-deserved TLC.

An energetic and satisfying way to spend the Bank Holiday Monday, we’ll be beautifying the space, embarking on a spring clean and putting together some flat-pack furniture. It’s a wonderful opportunity to take our practice off the cushion and into our hands.

The day will include:

Morning: Collective work and "mindful DIY"

1pm: Meditation

2pm: A delicious shared lunch (provided)
