The meditation known as “Just Sitting” is one of the core Triratna meditation practices but we are not often taught how to do it. In this day retreat, Karunagita will include a number of approaches to ‘Just Sitting’ meditation and explore how it can be used as a helpful basis for insight inquiry. The focus is on opening to and inquiring into the nature of our direct experience.
The day will include some gentle movement. Bring Vegetarian lunch to share.
