Communication is at the heart of human relationship. Non-violent Communication (NVC) improves our relationships by focussing our attention on empathic understanding of others and open and honest expression of ourselves without blame or criticism.

In this day workshop, we will be exploring how to transform anger through the principles of more NVC.

Irritation is a common response to events or exchanges in daily life; and anger is often not far behind. Yet it rarely serves, either to help us express ourselves or to bring us inner peace. If moved to action in anger, our actions may not be well-chosen. This is a day of practical exploration and exercises aimed at helping us build our capacity to choose more creative responses in challenging situations.

Enhance your life with a day practising transforming anger, either our own or other people’s.
