Many people find that practising in a group is a supportive way to learn both of the practices we teach for newcomers. The ‘Metta Bhavana’ aiming at the development of loving kindness and the ‘Mindfulness of Breathing’, which helps us to quieten our minds.
Our meditation teachers’ approach is informal and friendly. There is plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion if you wish.
