This day for regular meditators offers an accessible introduction to Dhyana meditation.
The day will include an introduction to dhyana, guided meditations and an opportunity to ask questions.
The Buddha encouraged the cultivation of deeper states of unification- Samadhi.
Dhyana is a subset of Samadhi, meditative states that cultivate deep well being of different flavours, bringing integration, unification and harmonisation to body and mind.
Suitable for people who have meditated for at least a year.
