Developing more effective interpersonal communication skills is a key way to empower ourselves: a life lived to its fullest potential, disentangled from the negative thinking and self-judgment that can hold us back. This practical workshop shows the path to communication with confidence, authenticity and harmony using the principles of non-violent communication.

Teacher Information:

Jill Broadbent/Vajraghanta is a Certified Trainer with the International Center for Nonviolent Communication and has been running Communication workshops/retreats for the past 20 years. She is also a qualified mediator and an Oral Surgeon. She loves to learn about life and have fun.

Testimonial:
"I went to my first introduction workshop at the beginning of the year and it enormously improved my communication skills. I have learned that behind every misunderstanding or argument, there is a need that has not been met.

I have never thought that by learning communication skills I could have improved my relationship dynamics. I now feel empowered because I know that conversations are not out of my control and the way I respond to people does change the outcome."
(Silvia, London)
