The Buddha once said:

‘ Just as the ocean has one taste, the taste of salt,
so my teaching has one taste, the taste of freedom’

Perhaps our journey to freedom begins when we realise how bounded we are. Bounded by our routines, habits, habitual ways of being. The course will ask what is this ‘vimukti’, this liberation, this freedom that the Buddha teaches? Why freedom is at the heart of Dharma practise, and explore what liberation may mean for us in the context of our lives.

Lead by Satyanathin and Aryajit
