In each moment we re- create ourselves - either through creative responses to the world, or through automated patterns.   Without understanding why we behave the way we do, our recurrent patterns that keep us spinning are reinforced.

The Wheel of Life, a Buddhist Symbol, articulates how we habitually re- become ourselves and why.

In this four week course we will together explore fundamental Buddhist ideas, to more fully understand ourselves and learn how we might start to change our unproductive habits -  to choose, happier more fulfilling lives.
