Buddhism offers us the chance to free ourselves from whatever keeps us trapped in a mundane and repetitive cycle and takes us toward what can be described as ultimate freedom. But how do we do that and what does freedom really mean?

In this six week course we take a good look at three key ways in which we limit and bind ourselves, how these play out in our lives, both individually and collectively and crucially, look at ways in which we can loosen and eventually break them.

If you have already learned to meditate with us, this course will give you a further grounding in our approach. Note that there will be limited meditation teaching as part of the course, so if you are new to the Centre we’d recommend doing one of our introductory courses on Monday evenings after this course.

All our courses are led by experienced meditators who are ordained Buddhists.
