We are delighted to offer our first LIVE & IN-PERSON weekend retreat since the pandemic started! Our theme is the exploration of the 4 characteristics of Buddhism that make it unique, known by Tibetan Buddhists as the 4 Dharma Seals. Expect meditation, talks, discussion, silence, ritual and beauty. The retreat is open to all, including complete newcomers and experienced practitioners. The retreat starts with a meal at 7:00pm on Friday 6th August, and finishes at 3:00pm on Sunday 8th August. Bedrooms are shared and there is separate accomodation for men and women. Also, please note we are gender diverse friendly.
There is a Covid protocol in place throughout the retreat centre and, for infection control.
