The Perfect Present: Connecting with self, others and world A residential weekend retreat open to all in the beauty and spaciousness of Vajrasana and the Suffolk countryside, led by Karunagita and Ratnaprabha.

Connecting with ourselves, in the present moment, is essential to connecting with each other and the world. This is true in daily life and in the Metta Bhavana (Loving-Kindness meditation), perhaps even more as we approach the Christmas break. This weekend retreat will focus on being present with self, other and world - in meditation, workshops, chanting, group discussions and in direct sense experience.
