Meditation Day: Just Sitting

Just Sitting meditation, sometimes known as pure awareness, is one of the core Triratna meditation practices.

This day retreat will introduce different ways into the practice and include led meditations with gentle movement and time for questions and exploration.

This 4 week course will introduce the Buddha, his teaching (Dharma) and the followers of his teaching (Sangha).
