The Buddha’s Eightfold Path

In the Eightfold Path, the Buddha sets out a Vision and path for Transformation.  A path or process of organic growth in which we transform our lives.

Step by step, through our actions, speech, effort, livelihood and awareness we set up the conditions for our growth and well being.

During these 7 weeks, we will explore the eight strands which form this 2,500 year old Buddhist teaching. A teaching which is both extraordinary and practical, providing a guide to living a life which is conducive to spiritual development, growth and well being.

Lead by Satyanathin and team.
