Keynote Talk: What is a Buddhist

Ratnaprabha explores what it truly means to be a Buddhist in the Saturday keynote, focusing on the path of wisdom, compassion, and inner transformation. The talk examines how the Buddha’s teachings guide daily life and nurture insight, joy, and understanding on the spiritual path.

A friendly & lively class with meditation and exploration of Buddhist teachings, suitable for all levels of experience.

Start your weekend in a positive way with our Saturday morning class. The first hour is meditation teaching and practice. Then at 11:30 we continue with ideas, questions and discussion on meditation and Buddhism, with a special guest talk once a month

Each month there is a new theme that starts with a keynote talk on the 2nd Saturday followed by a shared lunch. Please, see below for the next talks:
